| A
volunteer from the shelter contacted me regarding a little pig picked up
as a stray on the outside of Vancouver. They had him listed as aggressive,
I think this is because he had tusks and they were afraid of him, Joey was
scared to death , when in his pen he would run from me and stand shaking.
I had originally called him Chase however I think this is what the prior
owners did to him...he bolted from his house at the sound of a motorcycle
going down the street. It took several months before I saw his tail wag, he is still timid but has come along way and seems very happy here. |

bought from a travelling petting zoo in Vancouver had to leave his Beach
Avenue apartment in the city because of the landlord. When his Mom gently
took him from his arms and placed him in mine she said " he is like a
human child, and needs lots of attention." we all cried . Casanova has found mud in this picture, so cute! |

| I have known Charlotte for a few years now and very much wanted to bring her here. A possible adoption came up and her keepers agreed to let her go. The adoption plan fell threw but now when I drive by that street I won't have worry about Charlotte anymore. Here she is smelling the welcome meal I have prepared for her. |
